Entry Fee

• Entry Fee MO50 is $10 per artist for two entries.

• Entry Fee for MOJr50 is $5 per artist for two entries.
  
  
• Make checks or money orders payable to: Missouri State Fair.
  Do not send cash. • Additional fees apply for shipping and sales commission.

Schedule

• June 20, 2009 - MO50 Entry forms, fee and Slides received (this is NOT a postmark date)

• July 7-10, 2009 - Mo50 Notifications mailed

• July 20, 2009 - MO Jr. 50 Entry forms and fee received
  
  
• August 1, 2009 - Last date for pre-paid shipped artwork to arrive. Please include shipping fee if return shipping is required. Check, money order or pre-paid shipping label. NO STAMPS. Please do not use packing peanuts.
  
  
• August 1, August 8, 2009 - Artwork may be hand delivered to the Fine Arts Building, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day ONLY.
  
  
• August 9, 2009 - Artwork may be hand delivered to the Fine Arts Building, from 2 to 6 p.m. ONLY.
  NOTE: Hand-delivered artwork will be accepted at the listed times only. If you are unable to deliver your work at these times, please make arrangements with someone else to deliver it for you.
  Hand-delivered artwork will NOT be accepted before August 1 or after August 9, 2009, and at the designated times ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  
  
• August 12, 2009 - Competition judged
  
  
• August 12, 2009 - Artists' Reception and Awards Presentation in the Fine Arts Building, 7-9 p.m. Awards presented - 7:15 p.m.
  
  
• August 13-23, 2009 - Missouri State Fair
  
  
• Sunday, August 23, 2009 - Artwork may be picked up between 6 and
  8 p.m. at the Fine Arts Building. NO EXPECTIONS
  
  
• Monday, August 24, 2009 - Artwork may be picked up between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP YOUR WORK AT THE DESIGNATED TIMES, PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE SOMEONE PICK IT UP FOR YOU.                        
  • Any work not picked up on Monday, August 24 by 2 p.m., may be picked up at the Administration Offices on Tuesday, August 25, 8 a.m. - noon and 1-5 p.m. Administration Offices are open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - noon and 1-5 p.m. Any artwork not picked up within 10 days after close of the Fair will become the property of the Missouri State Fair unless prior arrangements have been made with the Superintendent. MISSOURI STATE FAIR CANNOT ASSUME RESPONSOBILITY FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ARTWORK.
    
    
• August 24, 2009 - Shipment of artwork, if return handling fee has been provided.
